Delivery for any order of any size is a flat rate of $9.95

Our minimum order value for delivery is $40.
Where do you deliver to?
We deliver to the suburbs in the Sydney metropolitan area which are listed in the postcode table below. If your postcode is not listed, please call us on 02 4702 0711
When can I get delivery?
We deliver 6 days per week, Monday to Saturday. All of our donuts are made fresh every morning, therefore we dispatch at 10am. We are unable to offer same-day delivery, however when you order delivery via our website you will be notified of the next available delivery date. Usually, if you order before 2pm on any day other than Saturday, your order will be delivered the next day. If you wish, you may specify a delivery date which is later than the next day when you place your order.
When will my delivery arrive?
We aim to get to you as early as possible. All deliveries will arrive between 10am and 5pm.
Are there some items you don’t deliver?
There are certain items on our menu which we don’t deliver. You will not be able to add these items to your cart when requesting delivery via our website.
Is there a maximum amount I can order?
The maximum quantity for delivery orders is 50 units of product in total.
Can I cancel my order?
You may cancel your order, but only within 12 hours after placing it. If you cancel an order you will be charged a cancellation fee of 30% of the value of the order.
Can I pick up my order myself from your store?
Yes, and in this case you will not be charged the $9.95 delivery fee. You will be required to nominate a pick-up time. We will hold your order for 12 hours after your nominated pickup time but if you do not pick it up within that 12 hour period (at a time our store is open for business), we will dispose of your order and you will not be entitled to a refund.
